Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about working with Profitable Practice Pro
How do I know this will work for MY business?
You don't, yet. That's why the first two calls are free. We talk through your situation and I'll tell you straight up if I can help or not. I've worked with over 70 companies in 10 years—contractors, accounting firms, service businesses across North America. If your problem is working too much, not making enough profit, or your team isn't stepping up, I've solved it before.
What if I'm too busy to do coaching right now?
Then you're exactly who needs this. Busy doesn't mean productive. Richard was working 80 hours a week and now works under 15. Rebecca was buried in job sites and now has family time. They didn't find extra time—we created it by cutting the BS and fixing what was broken.
How long does this take?
Most clients stay active for 4-6 months. That's when the heavy lifting happens—systems, team restructuring, financial cleanup. About half stay on for monthly check-ins after that at a reduced rate. But you're not locked in. Month-to-month means you control how long we work together.
What's the investment?
First two months: $3,000-$5,000 depending on company size and complexity. After that: $2,500/month. You pay monthly, no contract. If it's not working, you leave. But here's the thing—David added $100K profit in 9 months. Richard doubled his net margin. This pays for itself fast when you fix the right things.
Do you work with businesses outside North America?
Everything I do is remote/virtual, so technically yes. But my clients are mostly across the US and Canada. Time zones matter for live calls, and I know North American business structures, tax implications, and contractor/financial professional regulations best.
What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?
Most business coaching is motivational fluff or generic advice that doesn't fit service businesses. I don't do rah-rah speeches. We build actual systems—budgets, org charts, employee frameworks, client scripts. Stuff you can use Monday morning. And if we're not clicking in the free strategy session, we both know before money changes hands.
How fast can I get started?
Book a call on my Calendly link and you'll answer 4-5 questions so I know your situation before we talk. If we're a fit after that, we can start within a week or two depending on your schedule.
What happens if I can't do the work you assign?
Then we adjust. But let's be honest—if you don't do anything, nothing changes. I'm not going to sugarcoat that. The contractors and firm owners getting results are the ones doing the work between sessions. I give you the plan, the tools, and the accountability. You execute. That's the deal.
What happens between coaching sessions?
You implement what we discussed. I give you clear action items, tools, and frameworks. You have direct access to me if urgent stuff comes up. Most clients spend 2-5 hours per week implementing between our bi-weekly sessions. That's where the magic happens—in the execution.
Can I talk to one of your past clients?
I protect client confidentiality, but the case studies on this site are real. Richard, Rebecca, and David are actual clients (names unchanged). If we're a fit in the free strategy session and you still have concerns, we can discuss connecting you with a past client who's agreed to be a reference.
What if my business is different from the case studies?
The problems are the same across service businesses: you're the bottleneck, you work too much, profit doesn't match revenue, your team doesn't take ownership, you can't scale. Whether you're an HVAC contractor in Denver or an accounting firm in Boston, the solutions are the same—systems, accountability, and proper structure.
Do you do group coaching or just one-on-one?
Only one-on-one. I cap at 10 active clients because diluting my attention defeats the purpose. You get personalized systems built for your specific business, not generic group advice.
